This is a collection of Starbucks POI files for TomTom devices. Follow the instructions for installation:

Step 1: Download the ".zip" file for your area. In this file are 2 essential files starting with the word "starbucks". Depending on your selected city, the two files will read something like: starbucks-NewYorkCity.ov2 and starbucks-NewYorkCity.bmp. Unzip this file.

Step 2: Also contained in the zip file are several ".ogg" files beginning with the initials of the talent. Rename ONE of these files with the same name as the two essential files above so that it's called something like: starbucks-NewYorkCity.ogg. You can also click on "MAP" to see a Yahoo map of the associated POI. Here are a couple sample sounds that are included:

Step 3: Copy the 3 files of the same name (with extensions .ov2, .bmp, .ogg) to the map folder of your TomTom, which should be called something like NorthAmerica_map DO NOT USE TOMTOM HOME to access your device Instead, open the device from "My Computer" and you will see your map folder.

Step 4: To activate your Starbucks POIs and announcements on your TomTom, follow these selections: Change Preferences > Manage POI > Warn When Near POI > select "starbucks" from the list > set a distance warning > check "warn only if on route" > DONE... You will NOT be given the option to assign a sound. Just drive by a Starbucks on your route, and you'll be advised!
